What is the Stainless Steel Pillow Plate?
It is a kind of thermal transfer plate. Stainless steel pillow plates are fabricated from two stainless steel sheets joined by laser welding. Laser-welded pillow plates feature custom flow-channel patterns that vary by design. Nitrogen is then injected into the welded channel cavities to inflate the space between the two plates, forming enclosed passages for heat transfer medium circulation.
