What is a dimple plate?
A dimple plate is composed of two stainless steel or titanium sheets. According to the specific working conditions of the dimple plate, weld points, weld seams, and flow channels that meet the working conditions are designed. The two sheets are welded together by a laser welding machine. The welded sheet is inflated and pressurized through the inlet and outlet pipes. The pressure is calculated according to the working conditions, causing the sheet to deform, thus forming a cavity that can be used for heat transfer media.

Double Embossed Plates are most used for heat transfer plates.
Single Embossed Plates are used for cooling or heating jacket.
