What is the Dimple Plate Heat Exchanger?
A dimple plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchange equipment typically assembled from multiple dimple plates. In some contexts, a single dimple plate is also referred to as an individual heat exchanger unit. Our dimple plates are not fabricated by welding two die-stamped plates together. Instead, they are manufactured by laser welding two stainless steel sheets followed by internal pressurized bulging forming.
Dimple Plate Type

Double Embossed Plates are most commonly used for heat transfer heat exchangers.
Single Embossed Plates are used for cooling or heating jackets, tanks, trays.
